Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible. If you need to return your purchased items they must be in new/unused condition with all original packaging, shoe boxes, tags, etc.

Regular/Sale items must be received within 60 days of your purchase date for you to get a full refund of the product price.

Clearance/Closeout items must be received within 30 Days of your purchase date and an additional 15% restocking fee will apply. Items returned after the allowed time may be denied or offered store credit - please call for approval.

*Please note that your original shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

**A 15% re-stocking fee will apply to all clearance/closeout orders. If items are returned used, damaged, or without original packaging or damaged shoe boxes a restocking fee of up to 50% off will be charged. If your return can not be resold your return will be refused

The Return Process

  1. Fill out the return form included in your package or download a new Easy Return Form. (If you don't have the original form or can not print a new one please just include your order number, contact information and reason for the return in your package and use the online return form below.)
  2. Place the item/items you are returning back in the original shipping box with all of the original tags, packaging and paperwork. Item's must be in unused/sell-able condition or you will be charged a 15% restocking fee or your return my be refused.
  3. Place the return form and original invoice in the package (unless you filled out an online return form)
  4. Ship your package back to us with the shipping provider of your choice, use the address:

  1. Get a tracking number. We are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive at our location
  2. We will issue the refund or store credit when we have received and inspected the items you have returned

Getting Your Refund

All refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but here are a few things to keep in mind. It will take 5-7 days for your package to get back to our processing center. You can expect about 48 hours for our team inspect and process your return. Depending on your financial institution it can then take 2-10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back.

Exchanging Items

If you would like to exchange your item for something different, simply place a new order for that item and put Exchange for (your original order #) in the Order Notes. If the price of the item has changed let us know in the Order Notes and we will adjust your order total before capturing your payment.

Other Helpful Information

  • Unused/sell-able full price/sale items can be returned within 60 days of invoice date for a full refund. In most cases the original shipping charge will not be refunded unless an exchange is made. Items MUST be received before the 60 days. A 15% re-stocking fees will also apply if your return arrives back to us damaged, without it's original packaging or in unsaleable condition.
    After 60 days we will issue store credit for full price/sale items.
  • Unused clearance/closeout items can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for refund minus a 15% restocking fee. In most cases the original shipping charge will not be refunded. Unused clearance/close out items can only be exchanged or returned within 30 days of invoice. Items MUST be received before 30 days of invoice.
  • All rewards points will be deducted from items you return.
  • Purchases made with reward points or store credits will be refunded the same way.
