Element Outfitters Return, Refund
& Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at Element Outfitters. The Element Outfitters E-Commerce site is winding down and will no longer be adding new products.
As of 2/15/2019 we will no longer accept returns and all orders made via our website will be final.
For orders placed prior to 2/14/2019 we will honor the Return Policy in place at the time of your purchase. This policy aloud 30 days from the time you receive you package for your return to arrive at our facility. All return packages must be received at Element Outfitters before Monday, March 25th for your return to valid. Package received after that date will be marked return to sender.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the
status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we
will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You
will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card

The Return Process
- Fill out the return form included in your package. If you don't have the original form please include your order number, contact information and reason for the return in your package.
